Bowdon Prep’s New Chapter: The Move to Co-Education
Bowdon Preparatory School is entering a significant new phase in its history as it joins the internationally respected Repton family of schools and begins a carefully phased move towards co-education from September 2026.

The transition to co-education will begin with the younger year groups, following a gradual and carefully managed approach designed to ensure continuity and stability for current pupils and families.
