You don’t have to venture too far from home to explore the wonderful wildlife that this country has to offer. If you live in Cheshire or Manchester it’s all within an hour drive – parks full of deer, birds and badgers of the wetlands, otters spotted along the bank of the River Gowy, birds of prey and owls of Turbary Woods, and of course, Chester Zoo with 21,000 species of animals and tonnes of activities for the whole family.
