Matt Davies is holding the Scarlett Ball, named after his five-year-old daughter Scarlett, in Rochdale Town Hall, on Saturday 2 July. He hopes the event will raise £10,000 to be split between Rainbow Trust, which supports families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness, and When you Wish Upon A Star.
Manchester Museum (part of The University of Manchester) launches the UK’s first Inflatable Museum on April 2016, bringing the museum experience to school halls all over Greater Manchester. Developed in partnership with stage designers and sound artists, this inflatable copy of Manchester Museum incorporates a performance area, exploratory activity spaces, and high quality projection and audio equipment.
