Tiny Totz Kidz: Music for Young Minds
UK. April 15th, 2025 – Leading children’s music label Tiny Totz Kidz has released an all-new album designed to support children’s emotional well-being.
In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week this May, Tiny Moments of Peace – Meditations for Kids is a special collection of songs which introduce mindfulness, self-soothing and relaxation techniques through music.
The album features calming meditation songs using counting techniques to help children regulate their breathing and emotions, alongside gentle, nature-inspired songs, guiding children to find inner peace and relaxation.
Each of the seven tracks serves a different purpose, from a quick-fix reset to a soothing relaxation so that grown-ups and children can choose the right meditation for the moment.

According to research from NHS Digital in 2023, one in five (20%) children aged 5 to 16 years were identified as having a probable mental disorder, increasing from one in six (16%) in 2019, and one in nine (10.8%) in 2017.
Julian Lyons added: “Research shows that the need for accessible, practical tools to help young minds manage stress and anxiety has never been greater.
“With Tiny Moments of Peace, we hope to give children simple yet effective ways to find moments of calm, build resilience, and navigate their emotions with confidence.”
