Leaders of Our Future Ltd Launch Event on 5th July

As artificial intelligence continues to advance, machines are increasingly assuming roles traditionally held by humans. This development underscores the significance of skills such as leadership, resilience, and problem-solving in remaining competitive in the workforce.

According to reports from Forbes and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the skill set required for the workforce in 2030 includes the following:

• Critical Thinking and Data Analysis
• Creative Thinking
• Complex Problem Solving
• Emotional Intelligence and Self-Awareness
• Resilience and Flexibility
• Leadership and Team Skills
• Augmented Working

Currently, these competencies are not integrated into our core curriculum. To ensure that the next generation thrives in the job market, it is imperative that these skills are cultivated from an early age. In response to this urgent need, we are proud to introduce the “Leaders of Our Future” initiative, which aims to inspire and nurture these essential soft skills in young individuals during their formative years. Our mission is to empower the next generation of leaders, equipping them with the necessary tools to navigate the complexities of an ever-evolving work environment.

Our dedicated team comprises experienced educators and industry professionals who are committed to offering personalised support tailored to the unique needs of each student. Through engaging programs, mentorship opportunities, and hands-on experiences, we strive to create an environment that fosters the growth and development of young people.

Starting in 2025, we will launch the following courses.

• Year 6 – Leadership, Resilience and Teamwork in collaboration with Schools
• Year 9 course focused on Leadership, Resilience, Self-awareness, and Critical Thinking, all aligned with the prestigious Institute of Leadership and Management – ILM Young Leaders Award.
• Summer Leadership programme – 15-20 year olds.
• Career Coaching – 14-24 years old – At LOF, we inspire young individuals to embark on their career journeys. Through tools like MBTI and Holland code, our personalised coaching ignites clarity, focus, and confidence for a vibrant future.
