Hundreds of Santa’s and Their Elves Set to Run the Jingle Bell Jog at MediaCityUK

On Sunday 2nd December, the annual Jingle Bell Jog will return to MediaCityUK in Salford for a day of Christmas fun for the whole family!

The Race will be started by a very special guest from the Running Bee Foundation ‘MO’ the Bee.

The festive fancy dress fun run will begin at 10.30am outside of the BBC’s offices with a four-kilometre route taking runners past The Lowry Outlet Mall, the Imperial War Museum and over the Manchester Ship Canal via the bridge before finishing back at MediaCityUK.

Entertainment will be in full swing at the start and finish line and there will be a visit from real life reindeers ( rumours are it may even be Rudolph! ) for that added touch of Christmas magic!

All finishers will receive a Christmas medal and young Santa’s, Reindeer’s and Elves’ will be treated to their own selection box.

The route is mostly flat an open to all ages and fitness levels, whether you want to run, jog or walk it’s perfect for the whole family, and its dog and pram friendly too!

Online entries are still open until Friday 30th November but don’t worry if you miss out, there will be a limited number of places on the day.

Prices:
Adults: £16 inc. Santa Suit (provide your own suit £11)
Children: £11 inc. Santa Suit (provide your own suit £6)
Family of 4: (2 x adult and 2 x child): £45 inc Santa Suit (provide you own suits £25)
And if yo enter on-line, for extra fee they will arrange the suits for you and your family.

All race packs and suits must be collected on the day. All Profits will go to the Running Bee Foundation.
