Following successful versions of four other award-winning books by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, Tall Stories is once again bringing a new adaptation to the stage. This time, the company is taking on a joyful tale of star-crossed aliens, as also seen in the popular screen version, aired by the BBC on Christmas Day.

On a far-off planet, Smeds and Smoos can’t be friends. But then young Smed Janet and Smoo Bill fall in love and zoom off into space together, prompting their families to embark on an epic adventure to get them back. On the way, the audience will experience all sorts of weird and wonderful places and faces, complete with singing and audience participation.
