For the third year running, Cheshire children’s photographer, Helen Rae, joins forces with Daffodil Walks near Northwich to help raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support, the UK’s leading source of cancer care, by photographing happy children in the daffodils.

Father holds ball in daughter’s name for Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity

A father from Rochdale is organising a ball in aid of Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, which ‘filled a hole’ for his family when his daughter’s undiagnosed illness left her unable to speak, or move.
Matt Davies is holding the Scarlett Ball, named after his five-year-old daughter Scarlett, in Rochdale Town Hall, on Saturday 2 July. He hopes the event will raise £10,000 to be split between Rainbow Trust, which supports families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness, and When you Wish Upon A Star.
