Mother’s Day Event At Northenden Crafts Café
Northenden arts, crafts and ceramics café Tiny Tots & Teapots is launching a Mother’s Day event to tempt patrons into giving their mothers, wives or grandmothers a special treat.
Customers can book a place at the Mother’s Day Paint a Pot and Afternoon Tea event on Saturday March 14, 2015. For £15 per person, they will receive a pot to paint, a scone with clotted cream and jam, and unlimited tea or coffee. Those who want to treat their mums or partners but do not want to paint a pot themselves can purchase food and drinks at the normal rate.
In the package, there is a choice between painting a heart-shaped plate (RRP £9.90), a round plate (RRP £9.90) and a standard mug (RRP £10.80). There is limited space available and interested customers are advised to book a two-hour slot at 10:00, 12:30 or 15:00.
Carly Townsend, manager of Tiny Tots & Teapots, said: “This is a great way to spoil your mum this Mother’s Day and do something different as a family. If you’ve run out of ideas for presents, painting a pot can be a fun activity to do together and give mothers a lovely present to keep forever.”
In addition to the pots available in the Mother’s Day package, patrons who attend on March 14 will discover several springtime offerings to make in time for Easter. These include bunny pots, egg trinket pots and egg cups available to paint, and other Easter-themed craft activities such as card making.
Primarily appealing to mothers, Tiny Tots & Teapots has become extremely popular in the local community due to its unique pot painting activity, large space, choice of toys, blackboard wall and selection of children’s books, as well as the abundance of crafts on offer.
